Thank you for your interest in the Pennington Montessori School. Pennington Montessori is a non-profit preschool dedicated to the Montessori philosophy of education. We admit students of any race, color, nationality or ethnic origin. Our school is incorporated in and licensed by, the State of New Jersey. We are also affiliated with the American Montessori Society, a national accreditation and governing organization for schools teaching the Montessori philosophy.

Our Montessori program is a unique cycle of learning designed to take advantage of the child’s sensitive periods between 15 months and 6 years when they can absorb information easily from a prepared enriched environment. Children are provided with stimulating activities, structure and an environment in which they can select work they would like to explore. Acquiring information in this way is a natural and delightful experience for the child. Children develop a positive attitude about themselves and gain an early enthusiasm for learning.
We are a year round facility, open from 7:30am – 6:00pm during the school year and 8:00am- 5pm during the summer. Our programs are for Toddlers and Pre Primary students. We offer before and aftercare for enrolled students. Pennington Montessori is looking forward to another rewarding year; 2011 will be our 32st year.
